One piece sun dress with bolero jacket...no ordinary sundress, lots of detail..sweetheart neckline, "V" detail on hips is inverted pockets, stand-up collar and pointed cuffs on jacket. 8x11 oversize envelope. |

Mail Order?????: 5220 Size: 10 Printed: Yes Circa: 50's Original Price: Envelope Condition: Good This "Mail Order?????" pattern is probably from the 50's, the hair style, etc. looks a bit like the 60's but the postage was 2 1/2 cents and that makes me think 50's. It is a size 10. There was no bust size or other measurement given. I measured the pattern pieces for the bodice and it seems to be 34ish. Hard to tell due to the overlap for the buttons. This was from the " Designer" series and that designer was a Mr. Mort. Culotte dress--I love these, they are wonderful for travel when you want to look nice but still want comfort and ease of slacks or shorts. With the fullness of this it is difficult to tell that it isn't a regular dress. The button front extends to just below the waist. It has handy side pockets and a big sassy sash. |

Wrap dress..love those wraps! So easy to wear and so flattering! Neckline is square in front and dips to a "V" in back, patch pockets. Not shown but included are instructions for a wrap skirt. Envelope is a bit worn but the pattern appears unused. |

Simplicity: 4711 Size: 12/30 Printed: Yes Circa: 50's Original Price: 35¢ Envelope Condition: Poor This "Simplicity" pattern is dared 1954. The original price was 35¢. It is a size 12/30. Halter style dress and stole. Upper front bodice has soft pleats and tucks for fit and fullness and joins a fitted midriff section. Full skirt (aprox. 134" at hem) has soft pleats. Dress has back zipper closing. I think this is very versatile, depending on fabric choice this could go from sun dress to evening wear. |

Vogue: 4272 Size: 12, bust 30" Printed: No Circa: 50's Original Price: Envelope Condition: Poor This "Vogue" pattern is probably from the 50's. It is a size 12, bust 30".Suit/ Bolero, skirt, blouse and cummerbund. This is really stunning. I don't think I have ever seen this particular detailing before. The bolero jacket is dart fitted and has spectacular wide sleeves with a pleat! The sleeves are cut in one with the base of the jacket. The slim skirt buttons the full length at center front. The blouse has a low wide neckline and push-up komono sleeves. |
