This "Butterick" pattern is probably from the 50's. The original price was 50¢. It is a size 14 bust 32. Costume..gay 90's, Bo Peep, etc. This has more detail than the usual costume. "A" has fitted bodice, leg-o-mutton sleeves, "B" has corselet, bustle, and small hat, "C" has sash and pantaloons. Hats show on "A" & "C" are not included. I noticed that the instruction sheet is marked 1 of 3. There is no 3rd sheet. This is an unused/uncut pattern.
