It is a size 14 bust 32. Gosh, this is really versatile, dress, smock, pants topper, hair dresser, medical profession, etc. Pieces "C" & "D", collar and yoke are missing. It is a size Mannequin 12 1/2".This is a mannequin/doll pattern. These Mannequin/doll patterns are nearly impossible to find, especially in this condition! The pattern represented was also available in full size. It was made by Simplicity exclusively for Latexture Products, Inc of New York. It is a one sheet pattern that is uncut and complete with instructions. Although Barbie appears more amptly endowed, I think you could adjust this to fit her.
