This "Vogue" pattern is from the 40's. The original price was 35¢. It is a size 22". Hat and purse/hand bag....Glamorous hat with draped effect is cut on the bias. It's the purse!!!!! So unusal! Much as I love purses and as many patterns as come and go around here I have NEVER seen a purse like this one! It is draw string style but certainly no ordinary drawstring bag. It has shaped ends, a flat bottom, and draws up accordion style. The pattern is MINT..uncut/unused!

This "Vogue" pattern is probably from the 40's. The original price was 35¢. It is a size 22" head. Hat with bag/purse...Purse has zipper closure, loop for carrying, lined, and has inside pocket. Hat has shaped crown that extends to center back. This pattern is in exceptional condition. It appears unused, has very slight age discoloration and a mark on the upper left corner.

This "Simplicity" pattern is probably from 1943. The original price was 25¢. It is a size small. Hats, bags/purse and mittens..View 1, hat, has an oval crown. Bag in view 3 is made in four seperate sections with pointed flaps. I have actually made this purse. I made it as an evening bag from velvet and lined in satin. Too, too cute! View 4 hat, oh so 40's! Shallow crown and double ruffle. View 6, bag is made from one piece of fabric and darts are used to create the shape. Very unusal! If you collect patterns..this one is mint!

This "Simplicity" pattern is probably from 1943. The original price was 20¢. It is a size small. Hat, bag/purse.. These old accessory pattern are getting so hard to find- but they are sooo cute! Two styles of hats and two different purses. The shoulder strap bag has an extended flap. It fastens with a button and loop. The draw string bag is cut in seperate sections. Not the usual round bag. The front, back sides and bottom are all seperate sections.

This "Simplicity" pattern is from 1941. The original price was 15¢. It is a size 22" head. The first hat has a saucy brim that rolls up on one side and may be trimmed with ribbon or a feather as shown, or just left plain. The secons hat is an exaggerated beret with gathered fullness at the back. NOW, enough about hats! It's really the purse that we're after here! Love the purse! The epitome of the 40's, clutch style purse, gathered for fullness, zipper closure. Envelope is torn on the corner and open at one end but the pattern is perfect, appears unused.

This "Simplicity" pattern is dated 1949. The original price was 25¢. It is a size 15/33.Fun in the summer sun! Darling fitted jacket plus shorts and bare midriff top. Shorts are dart fitted with side closing and side pockets. Top is fitted, buttons in back and has bias fold upper edge.The jacket, which would be suitable as a top with jeans, slacks or most anything, is also dart fitted and has komino style sleeves. The pattern is in excellent condition. There are some mystery pattern pieces in the envelope that were cut from newspaper of the era. I left them in just because it is fun to read to old ads.

This "Simplicity" pattern has a 1946 date but it looks like early 50's!? The original price was 25¢. It is a size waist 24. This is for a skirt only. Swing dance, square dance or just looking sassy this skirt fills the order! Flared skirt , view #1 has deep ruffle on lower edge and optional bow in back, view #2 has a tripple row of trim out lining the hem which comes to a point on the side front. Pattern has been cut to accommodate view #1 but the extension piece is still present.

It doesn't look to be difficult to make. DuBarry describes this as an accessory set consisting of bag, gloves and calot(oh, okay, it's just a beanie!).

This "Vogue" pattern is probably from the 40's, I couldn't find a date. It could be very early 50's The original price was 35¢. It is a size 22 inch. A lot of styles for one pattern, tam, berret, and draped turbin. The piece for the band for the beret/tam is missing but it is only a long strip and should be easy to duplicate. The turbin band appears to be the same size except for the pointed ends. Other than the missing band the pattern is in great shape and appears unused.
