This "Butterick" pattern is probably from the 40's. The original price was 50¢. It is a size 40 bust 43 hip. Nice larger sizing. One piece dress with six gore flared skirt. I know these tone on tone pattern pictures are difficult to see but the flowers on the bodice and hip in view "A" are an embroidery embelishment. The transfer along with instructions and color suggestions are included.

This "Du Barry" pattern is probably from the late 30's or early 40's. The 10 cent price makes me think it is 30's. The original price was 10¢. It is a size 18/36. If you collect patterns this would be one to consider as it is in excelent, unused condition. Dress has full skirt shirred onto fitted bodice which buttons down the front. The neck has a draw string. there are set in sleeves and patch pockets.

This "Hollywood" pattern is probably from the 40's. It features Merle Oberon. The original price was 15¢. It is a size 20/38. Hard to find size. Pattern has age discoloration but appears unused. Two piece dress. Isn't this just darling?! The jacket has a flare that gives it something of a peplum look. Notice the angular inserts at the waist line that give such a flattering fit.

This "Simplicity" pattern is dated 1943. The original price was 25¢. It is a size bust 42/hip 45. I don't think this pattern has ever been used. One piece dress, 13 pattern pieces. Gored skirt has an easy flare. Lot of variety in this one pattern. Look at view 3 with the side button closure. Sharp! Nice hard to find larger size.

This "Simplicity" pattern is probably from the 40's. The original price was 25¢. It is a size 16 bust 34. Lots of detail in this one piece dresss in two versions. (1) 3/4 sleeves, waist detail that duplicates the yoke detail. Saddle stitching emphasizes the shape. Back yoke is also shaped and detailed.(2) short sleeves, pointed collar, visable buttons on bodice.

This "Hollywood" pattern is probably from the 40's. I couldn't find a date on this but how much more "40's" can you get. A picture of Ruth Warrick of RKO is featured on the front. The original price was 15¢. It is a size 18 bust 36 hip 39. This is a one piece dress with a shaped back yoke and inverted pleat.
