This "Mail Order?????", Country Gentleman, pattern is probably from the 40's. It is a size 18/36. Apron, pinafore,dress..Square neck, full skirt, button back, sleeveless or short sleeves. Great for swing dancing. This appears to be unused, excellent condition for a collector.

This "Mail Order?????" pattern is probably from the 40's. It is a size 40. Hard to find this size in these cute 40's fashions. One piece dress...darling dress, lots of detail and perfect for swing dancing. Princess lines, front buttons, and a waist cinching little bow. This is perfect and unused!

This "Vogue" pattern is probably from the 40's. The original price was 60¢. It is a size 44 bust 47 1/2 hip. UNBELIEVABLE! This rare and marvelous pattern has all the style and glamor of the Hollywood elite of the era. It has never been used and has hard to locate larger sizing. The envelope is rough and the instruction sheet has age discoloration. Bodice front is gathered just below the shoulder line and drifts gently into released pleats which come together again just above the waist and continue down the slim skirt to the hip line where they release again and fall to the hem. "A" and incert "C" show the front panel in a contrast color...how sliming is that?!

This "Marian Martin" pattern is probably from the 40's, it cost a penny to mail it. It is a size 18 bust 36. Sundress - slip, this is supposed to be a slip but it sure looks like a sundress. The bodice has gathers at center panel for bust fullness. Instructions are given for both stright cut and bias cut. Picture shows delicate embroidery at bodice top. Don't count on this transfer as I am not sure it will transfer. Although you could copy it. Instruction sheet has a mended tear.

This "Du Barry" pattern is dated 1945. The original price was 15¢. It is a size 18 bust 36. One piece dress..this sweet little swinger has "V" neckline that ends in a bow. The tie ends are cut in one with the bodice front. It says "easily made" and I guess it is as there are only FOUR pattern pieces!

This "Mail Order?????" pattern is probably from the 40's. It is a size 42. This ladies WWII era all occasion dress features soft gathers at the yoke and a swinging gored skirt...all in a hard to find larger size. The pattern is unused and MINT!

This "Marian Martin" pattern is probably from the 40's. It is a size 42 bust 45 hip. Ladies one piece dress with bolero jacket. Personally I think this is much smarter looking with out the jacket. Look how interesting the gathered Empire bodice is. The little insert picture shows the dress belted with bow at the natural waitline.

This pattern has been cut but is in excellent condition.The skirt has inseam pockets. One of the pockets is missing. I don't think it would take an engineering degree to flip the remaining one over and cut another.

This "Butterick" pattern is probably from the 40's. The original price was 50¢. It is a size 40 bust 43 hip. Nice larger sizing. One piece dress with six gore flared skirt. I know these tone on tone pattern pictures are difficult to see but the flowers on the bodice and hip in view "A" are an embroidery embelishment. The transfer along with instructions and color suggestions are included.

This "Du Barry" pattern is probably from the late 30's or early 40's. The 10 cent price makes me think it is 30's. The original price was 10¢. It is a size 18/36. If you collect patterns this would be one to consider as it is in excelent, unused condition. Dress has full skirt shirred onto fitted bodice which buttons down the front. The neck has a draw string. there are set in sleeves and patch pockets.
