This "McCall's" pattern is dated 1948. The original price was 75¢. It is a size 14/32. Dramatic Double Drape Dress!! Now say that really fast several times! The slim fitting skirt has not just a single but a double tier drape. And not just a plain old drape either...it is gathered as it comes up to the waist! Bodice has a high jewel neckline. Notice the one side only shoulder yoke with tiny gathers. Three sleeve lengths...the short sleeves are shaped.

This "Anne Adams" pattern is probably from the 40's. It is a size 16/34. Two piece dress...This is stunning! Blouse forns a sassy peplum effect that drops slightly longer in the back. The sketch shows a bow at the shoulder and contrasting fabric on one side. A more tailored, yet equally effective look would be to eliminite these. The top may also be made with 3/4 bell sleeves. The skirt is four gore with flare. The instruction sheet has a tear on fold line.

This "McCall's" pattern is dated 1948. The original price was 65¢. It is a size 14/32. One piece dress of simple elegance and flirty skirt. Notice how the skirt detail mimicks the bodice detail. The envelope is very rough but the pattern is unused/uncut.

This must be pretty simple to make as there are only seven pattern pieces and that includes the shoulder pads and the scarf! This is another pattern to consider if you collect. There is a small tear on the top of the envelope (about the size of a small finger nail). Otherwise it is perfect. Appears unused.

Look close at the insert..SURPRISE..one version features and open back version. This is suggested as a tennis dress.

This "Simplicity" pattern is dated 1947 The original price was 25¢. It is a size 14 1/2, bust 33. Womens two piece dress/suit .... Jacket is dart fitted with choice of sleeve lengths...with or with out patch pockets. Detachable collar and cuffs. Skirt has slight flare. This is an uncut/unused pattern. Even the transfer for the detail shown on view 2 is still there. The cuff piece is missing and the neck facing piece has been replaced from another pattern.

Jacket is fitted & way too cute, the perfect topper to an evening gown, sundress or most any pair of slacks or skirt. Then there is the BAG! You can have a bag to match most any garment. Make it in velvet or sequin fabric for evening...vintage barkcloth to carry for summer! The envelope has some age discoloration but otherwise perfect..pattern is mint, unused!

One piece dress and jacket. Skirt is cut in four sections, has collarless neckline cap type sleeves cut in one with the bodice. Jacket has long or short sleeves. I love this little jacket! This would be sweet over most anything, even jeans and a tee.
