This "Simplicity" pattern is probably from the forties. Jumper and blouse in two versions. the pattern is complete with instructions. However, the size is torn from the envelope. I purchased this pattern with a lot of patterns that were all size 12 with a 30" bust. So, I think this is a size 12 as well.
