This "Simplicity" pattern is probably from 1955. The original price was 50¢. It is a size 15/33. One piece dress-long line bodice is shaped & top stitched. View #1 has short sleeves, high neckline and tiny bow, #2 is sleeveless and has high round neckline, #3 has shaped neckline to mimic waistline. All have full flared skirt.

This "McCall's" pattern is probably from the 40's. The original price was 45¢. It is a size 18/36. Two piece dress/suit with unusual yoke detail. Has gored skirt, short, 3/4 or long sleeves. Spans all seasons with Hollywood glamour of the 40's. The pattern is in very good condition with the exceptions of the shoulder pad piece is missing as is the back neck facing which is easy to improvise.

This "Marian Martin" pattern is probably from the 50's. It is a size 17. One peice dress in a waist accenting, hip hiding design! Tiny insert picture show a sweetheart neckline that plays up the hip detail. Short or long sleeves. Patterns appears unused.

This "Simplicity" pattern is from 1947. The original price was 25¢. It is a size 18 1/2 37 bust. Day or evening length slip..or as we like to call them..sundress or evening gown! Notice the figure moulding lines, the entire front is cut in one peice(thus causing the princess lines). The bodice sides and back are attached at the waist. The back of the bodice forms a point that ends just below the natural waist. This creats a smooth flow over the hips and eliminats that little ripple of fabric that so often occurs in form fitting dress.

This "Simplicity" pattern is probably from the 30's. The original price was 25¢. It is a size 34 bust 37 hip. Beachcoat/housecoat--Princess lines, two collar styles, three sleeve choices, button front or wrap style, with or without patch pocket. This is like two completely different patterns! It is view #1, the wrap style that simplicity refers to as a "beachcoat". What a vamp! How stunning that would be to stroll across the beach, remove the coat and reveal to tiny swim suit! There is a tear in the instruction sheet but it does not effect the use.

This "McCall's" pattern is probably from the 40's. The original price was 45¢. It is a size 14/32. Simply Elegant! One piece evening dress. Slightly dropped waist forms a center point over flat front panel (very slenderizing, very flattering) and fullness is from gathers at sides and back. Width at hem is approx. 5 3/8 yards.

This "Butterick" pattern is probably from the 30's. The original price was 50¢. It is a size 16/34. This pattern is in mint condition, unused and like new. If you are a collector this is one to consider! One piece dress with jacket. The tiny insert show the jacket and the dress with square neckline. There are two different bodice versions. The skirt is cut in six pieces with a pleat on either side of the center panel, both front and back.

From the 30's, Butterick 7904, size 16/36. Original price was 50 cents. Instead of two variations of the same dress, this looks like two different dresses! "A" shows a collarless, banded neckline with fitted darts at bodice waist, the skirt has stitched pleats. "B" has convertible collar, patch pocket, loose darts at waist, yoke with gathers and flared, bias cut skirt. This pattern is over 70 years old and still in lovely condition.

This "Advance" pattern is from 1948. The original price was 45¢. It is a size 14/32. Sun dress & bolero jacket. Dress has banded bodice, self fabric belt & full flared skirt. Jacket has short sleeves and fold back collar that is cut in one with the bodice front.

This "McCall's" pattern is dated 2003. It is a size 4 - 10, modern sizing. From McCall's "evening Elegance Collection", a lined top, skirt and pants. The top has four variations. Skirt is slightly flared, has waisr band and back zipper.Two styles for the pants, tapered or loose, waistband and back zipper. Thats a lot of mileage for one pattern!

This "Simplicity" pattern is dated 1953. The original price was 35¢. It is a size 16 34 bust. Simplicity calls this pajamas, I call it pants and midriff top. Look at view #2..Isn't that darling? I'd certainly wear it! Pants have soft pleats at front waistline. Midriff top ties at center front. This is an uncut/unused pattern.

This "Simplicity" pattern is from 1951. The original price was 25¢. It is a size 16 34 bust. Beachcoat, housecoat, robe, jacket........Kimono sleeves and big roomy patch pockets. The stand-up collar is pointed at center back. The more I look at this the more I like it! I'm thinking of view 2 as a light jacket for fall or a rain coat! It's quick and easy with only two main pattern pieces. There are so many wonderful prints out there in vinyl coated fabrics.

This "Simplicity" pattern is dated 1957. The original price was 50¢. It is a size 18/38. Wrap skirt, blouson jacket, shorts and sleeveless top....Four piece week-end wardrobe. The top has high round neckline and back zipper. Slim-fit wrap around skirt laps over and fastens in back by buttons(see sm. inset picture) Shorts are also close fitting with button on band and back zipper. The blouson jacket (I really like this jacket) has 3/4 sleeves, wing collar and draw string waist.

This "Simplicity" pattern is probably from the 30's. The original price was 15¢. It is a size 16/34. Blouse, skirt, shorts..blouse buttons down the front (as does the skirt), short or long sleeves and optional pocket. Gored skirt gives dress effect when worn with the shirt. The full, flirty shorts have inverted pleats both front and back. You won't run across many patterns like this! All in in all it is in exceptional condition for the age. The pattern appears unused.

This "Marian Martin" pattern is probably from the 40's. It is a size 13, 31 bust 26 waist. Shorts, skirt, top and dress.... Skirt is gathered on waist band. Shorts have darts that release fullness. Midriff top has button front, with or without ruffle, sleeveless or short sleeves. Dress details much the same as skirt and top. Very 40's, very cute! This 12 piece pattern appears to be unused. There are two small tears on the instruction sheet.
